1. What is The Crystal Club Box?
A monthly subscription box for the crystal addict in all of us.
2. What is a "subscription box"?
Once you sign up, you receive a recurring subscription charge, and in return you receive a carefully curated box full of items to your door every month.
3. What is the cost?
There are different price points depending on how many boxes you prepay for. Please check out our Subscribe page for pricing.
4. What comes in each box?
You will receive 4-6 items including three different crystals. We curate quality products with the intention to give you new crystal experiences and grow your crystal healing kit. Items included in the box vary widely. Items include things such as: accessories, stationery, decor, style accessories, beauty and skincare items, snacks & teas, books, and anything else that may empower, motivate, inspire, and encourage you!
Food Allergy Disclaimer From time to time, prepackaged food items may be included in a Crystal Club Box. There are no restrictions to food items and may contain products such as milk, eggs, gluten, seafood, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds and capsicum. Subscribers with food allergies must be aware of this risk. This Witches Way will not assume any liability for adverse reactions from the food consumed, or items that may come in contact.
5. When are the boxes shipped?
Boxes will be shipped on or around the 20th of every month. If you do not receive your box, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
6. When am I billed?
You are billed for your first box immediately upon subscribing and autonew depending on the plan you choose.
Single Box: you are billed just the once, it is up to you to purchase again
Month to Month: you are automaticlly billed every month from when you subscribed
3 Box Prepay: you pay the full amount upfront and you reiceve 3 boxes on their shipping dates. It is up to you to purchase again.
7. What does a Month To Month Subscription mean?
When you opt for a month to month subscription, you are billed every month from when you subscribed. You will also pay for the shipping costs.
8. What does 3 Box Prepay mean?
This means you prepay for three (3) boxes in advance. You will be charged the total cost of 3 boxes but only one single shipping for 3 boxes based on when you subscribed.
9. Does my subscription automatically renew?
Yes, your subscription will automatically renew based on when you subscribed. So renewal will take place monthly on the same date you signed up. So if you joined us on the 8th of the month your payment will always go out on the 8th of the month. Please see more information below on how to cancel subscriptions.
10. Do you ship internationally?
Yes and the price is the same. However Crystal Club Boxes shipped outside the UK can not be tracked once they leave us at This Witches Way. We are not liable for any extra taxes you may have to pay to recieve your box.
12. Is shipping included?
No, unfortunately, shipping is not included. But the price is clearly displayed on our Subscribe page.
13. How do I purchase a gift subscription?
Contact us prior to purchase email@example.com so we can make sure we get all the correct information.
14. What is your return policy?
Subscription boxes are non-refundable and ineligible for returns.
We do not offer refunds on boxes that have already been shipped. The intention for the subscription box is to Surprise and Delight, so that is a risk you are agreeing to when you subscribe. If you don’t like the box contents, it makes for a perfect opportunity to gift some of the items to your friends, colleagues and clients.

15. How do I cancel my subscription?
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you wish to cancel, the process is simple, click here to be taken to PayPal to cancel the subscription.
If you cancel before you are billed, your cancellation will go into effect immediately. If you cancel your subscription after you are billed for that month, you will still be charged, you will receive your next box and then your cancellation will go into effect the next month.
16. How do I submit a product for your box?
We love to hear from new companies about new products and services! We are always looking to partner with great brands that would be of interest to crystal addicts. We value quality products that enhance a crystal club members lifestyle and healing experience. We want to introduce our subscribers to new and special products that we know they’d love.
